The trend this summer is definitely the ‘fresh face’ look. You can achieve it with a sheer coverage of foundation and adding a touch of colour to your checks and lips in a dusty pink or a soft peach. A good application of mascara is also necessary, just make sure you coat the whole lash especially the inner and outer edges. Bronzer is essential for the summer look too. Simply apply a light dusting all over your skin and then a little extra on your cheekbones, followed by blush on the apples of your cheeks.

6. Is wearing sunscreen more effective than wearing a foundation or tinted moisturiser that contains SPF?

Most foundations or tinted moisturisers only go up to an SPF of 8 or 15.
